Core Issue
Facturedo embarked on its journey as a startup, encountering numerous challenges along the way. The onboarding process initially proved to be intricate, with a complexity that extended to the uploading of receivables. Users also grappled with difficulties in locating even fundamental information within the platform.
Problem statement
Addressing the need for a comprehensive platform enhancement optimizing all stages, features, and pages. Key areas for improvement included refining the onboarding process for simplicity, optimizing navigation for intuitiveness, and embracing a User-Centric design approach.
Role and contributions
As the Design Leader, I spearheaded every facet of this project. Employing the Design Thinking Process, I conducted insightful user interviews, crafted empathy maps, and mapped out user flows. Additionally, I developed wireframes and prototypes, rigorously testing them for optimal user experience. Collaborating closely with developers during the "Implementation" phase, I actively collected both quantitative and qualitative data using various online tools.
